摘要:目的 评估典必殊眼膏辅助泪道探通术治疗新生儿泪囊炎的效果。 方法 对接受泪道探通术的患儿进行随机、前瞻性对照研究。268例(304眼)患儿随访6个月～3年。 结果 典必殊眼膏辅助泪道探通术的有效率为93.4%，单纯接受泪道探通术的对照组的有效率为79.6%，二者差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组的并发症发生率无差别(P<0.05)。 结论 典必殊眼膏辅助泪道探通术是一种有效而安全的治疗新生儿泪囊炎的方法。
