摘要:目的 掌握达到阻断血吸虫病传播后流行因素的动态变化情况，为制订防治策略提供依据。 方法 采用机环结合查螺法实行普查、轮查、设监测点等方法查螺;用血清学方法对当地遗漏传染源以及外来流动人员、外来的耕牛(菜牛)开展查病。 结果 在4个县区38个村查到226个有钉螺条块(次)，面积50.46万m 2 ，捕获并解剖钉螺57620只，无阳性钉螺。查病74万人，查到输入病人3例，当地无病人。 结论 嘉兴地区血吸虫病疫情稳定，但存在残存钉螺。今后监测的重点应是对未经环境改造的历史螺区及其延伸环境、来自疫区的流动人员以及医疗单位对疑似病人检测和报告。
