摘要 目的 探讨精神病人的自杀行为并制定防范措施。方法 对613例精神疾病病人自杀状况进行调查，并分析其相关因素。结果 自杀行为发生率为5.87%。年龄大，既往有自杀史及伴发躯体疾病病人发生自杀行为者居多。有情感障碍者发生率最高；自杀行为多发生于病人起病一年内，夜间或凌晨偏多，春夏季显著高于秋冬季。结论 精神病人的自杀行为不容忽视，应制订有效的防范措施。
