摘要:目的 评价伤寒临床表现和伤寒沙门菌对各种抗菌素的反应。 方法 对1996～2001年住院的44例成人伤寒患者进行了回顾性分析。 结果 伤寒沙门菌对氯霉素、复方新诺明、氨苄青霉素、阿莫西林耐药性很高，对环丙沙星有一定耐药性。 结论 在伤寒治疗中不要滥用药物，应通过药敏试验来选择适当的抗菌素以阻止伤寒沙门菌耐药株出现。
