摘要:目的 总结药物联合前路手术治疗胸腰段脊柱结核疗效。 方法 1997年11月～2003年12月期间对药物联合前路手术治疗胸腰段脊柱结核42例，获得随访38例进行总结分析，分别从疼痛转归，后凸角矫正及截瘫病人缓解等方面进行评价疗效。 结果 42例中获得跟踪随访38例，失访3例，死亡1例，随访1～6年，平均随访3.8年，疼痛转归率95.2%，截瘫缓解率92.8%。术前平均后凸角38.2°;术后平均后凸角为15.7°，矫正率59.0%。无一例复发，植骨融合平均6个月。 结论 药物联合前路手术治疗胸腰段脊柱结核效果好，只有有效全程抗痨治疗加手术清除病灶，植骨联合应用能及早治愈胸腰段脊柱结核，减少结核致瘫的机会，提高病人生活质量。

    Clinical analysis of treatment thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis patients with drugs and surgical therapy.

    Abstract:Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of drugs in combination with surgical therapy on spinal tuberculosis pa-tients. Methods The results in treatment of38thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis patients with drugs and surgical therapy and fol-lowed up from November1997to December2003were analyzed. Results All the cases were followed up for a period of from1to6years(averagely3.8years).Of the42cases followed up3cases missed and one died.The pain was relieved in95.2%of the cases and the remission rate of paraplegia was92.8%.59.0%in the cases treated with corrective therapy without recurrence.The implanted bone was fused with an average duration of6months. Conclusion Good results in treatment of thoracolumbar spinal tu-berculosis patients with drugs and surgical therapy are achieved and the living quality of the case are enhanced. ......
