伴有先天缺牙的错牙 合畸形的正畸治疗 (pdf)

    【摘要】 目的 通过对伴有先天缺牙的错 牙合畸形病例进行回顾性研究为临床治疗提供参考。 方法 选择门诊正畸患者中伴有先天缺牙的错牙合畸形病例32例，对缺牙数目、错牙合类型、矫治方法等进行了分析研究。 结果 缺牙部位最常见的是下颌切牙或上颌侧切牙，多为缺失1～2个牙齿。23例采用集中间隙结合修复的方法进行矫治，6例采用减数方法进行矫治，3例直接采用正畸矫治关闭缺牙间隙。 结论 对伴有先天缺牙的错牙合畸形病例采用减数或采用集中间隙结合修复的方法进行矫治均能获得满意的矫治效果。

    Orthodontic treatment of patients with partial edentia

    【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the results of treatment in patients with partial edentia and malocclusion. Methods Retrospective study was carried out on 32 pateints with partial edentia.Number of tooth loss,type of malocclusion and treatment approach were analyzed. Results Congenital missing of one or two incisors occurs mainly in the mandibular and maxillary dentition.6 patients were treated extraction,23 patients were treated orthodontically and prosthodontically,3 patients were treated orthodontically.Good result were achieved in all cases. Conclusion Orthodontical and prosthetic treatment were often used in cure patients with partial edentia and good results could be obtained. ......
