[摘要] 目的 探讨采用中西医结合治疗及西医保守治疗急性胰腺炎疗效。方法 将99例急性胰腺炎患者随机分成A组44例、B组55例。A组以西医治疗为主，B组加用中药治疗，对照两组疗效，并进行统计学分析。结果 B组症状迅速减轻，病程较A组明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论 中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎明显优于单用西医保守治疗，可缩短病程，减少并发症及手术率。
