     头孢米诺和头孢唑肟治疗肺部感染的临床疗效观察 (pdf)

    [摘要] 目的观察国产头孢米诺和头孢唑肟在中、重度肺部感染中的治疗价值。方法 62例病人用随机对照方法分为两组，分别使用头孢米诺和头孢唑肟，疗程10～14天，观察两种药物治疗中重度肺部感染的临床疗效及副反应的差别。结果头孢米诺组32例病人，临床有效率87.5%，头孢唑肟组30例病人，临床有效率80%。两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论两药对常见的院外获得性肺部感染的病原菌有较好的抗菌效果，治疗中、重度肺部感染安全、有效，但两药对铜绿假单胞菌效果差。

    Observation of clinical efficacy of cefminox and ceftizoxime for treatment of moderatesevere pulmonary infections

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the efficacy and the safety of cefminox and ceftizoxime both made in China for treatment of moderatesevere pulmonary infections.Methods 62 cases of pulmonary infection patients were randomly divided into two groups,the A group was administrated cefminox and B group was administrated ceftizoxime,regimens 10～14 days.Results The clinic efficacy of cefminox group and ceftizoxime group was 87.5% and 80% respectively,the results showed that they had no significant differences (P>0.05).Conclusion Treatment pulmonary infections with cefminox and ceftizoxime is safe and effective.Both ineffective to pseudomonas aeruginosa. ......
