[摘要] 目的 回顾分析经皮穿刺颈椎间盘切除术(APCD)的病例，探讨其相关临床问题。方法 自1999年10月～2005年10月，用APCD方法治疗颈椎间盘突出症患者76例。结果 58例APCD术后患者获得随访，平均随访时间3.5年，按Odom评定标准：优良42例，满意11例，无效5例；优良率为91.4%。 结论 APCD临床应用具有安全、有效、微创、费用低、术后恢复快等特点，是治疗颈椎间盘突出症的一种有效方法。

    Study on related problems of automated percutaneous cervical diskectomy in treatment of cervical disc herniation

    [Abstract] Objective To study the related problems of automated percutaneous cervical diskectomy(APCD)by analyzing the cases who received APCD procedure. Methods 76 patients with cervical disc herniation were received APCD from October 1999 to October 2005. Results 58 patients were followed up for 3.5 years in average.By Odom standard,the therapeutic effect of 42 of them were excellent.11 were good and 5 were failed.The effective rate was 91.4%.Conclusion APCD is an effective,safe and minimal-invasive treatment method with quicker recovery and lower cost in treating herniated cervical disc. ......
