【摘要】 目的 探讨十二指肠憩室病及其并发症的诊断和治疗。方法 报道1例十二指肠多发巨大憩室病。并进行文献复习。结果 十二指肠憩室好发于中老年人，大多数为单一的憩室，多发巨大憩室病少见，临床表现隐匿，一般不需要特殊治疗，如出现并发症或伴发症时，应及时处理。结论 对十二指肠憩室病正确诊断和合理治疗能改善该病的预后。

    Giant diverticulum of the duodenum :a case report and review the literature

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the diagnosis and therapy of duodenal diverticulum with or without complication. Methods We report a case of multitudious giant duodenal diverticulum and make a literature review. Results Diverticulum of the duodenum is commonly found among the elder adults. The majority of these cases are single diverticulum. The multitudious giant duodenal diverticulum is infrequeney. Commonly, the clinical symptom of duodenal diverticulum is absent and it never need any therapy unless some complications occured. Conclusion The correct diagnosis and reasonable management of duodenal diverticulum may ameliorate its pronosis. ......
