【摘要】 目的 从生地黄中提取多糖，并测定其含量。方法 运用微波技术用水提醇沉法提取生地黄多糖，用酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果 测得生地黄多糖含量13.4186%，平均回收率为98.94%，RSD=1.34%(n=5)。结论 运用微波技术从生地黄中提取出多糖，反应速度加快，实验结果令人满意。
