[摘要] [目的] 探讨梗阻性黄疸大鼠肠黏膜血液动力学改变对肠源性内毒素(LPS)血症的影响. [方法] 制作梗阻性黄疸大鼠模型,测定血清一氧化氮(NO),内皮素(ET),LPS含量. [结果] 梗阻性黄疸1周组大鼠血浆ET,LPS含量明显高于正常组,但NO含量无明显变化;梗阻性黄疸2周组大鼠血浆NO,ET,LPS含量均明显高于正常组,其中以NO含量变化最为明显.NO/ET与LPS呈负相关. [结论] 梗阻性黄疸时血浆NO,ET含量的变化与肠源性LPS血症发生密切相关.[关键词] 胆管阻塞,肝外;内毒素类;血液动力学;内皮素类;大鼠
