摘要:目的 总结国内广州管圆线虫病的临床表现，提高临床医生对该病的认识水平。 方法 复习国内相关文献。 结果 广州管圆线虫病临床表现:①神经系统表现:嗜酸粒细胞增多性脑(脊)膜炎型、嗜酸粒细胞增多性脑膜脑炎型、嗜酸粒细胞增多性脑(脊膜)脊髓炎型、嗜酸粒细胞增多性脑(脊)膜神经根炎型、Guillain-Barre's syndrome等;②神经系统以外表现:如肺部、眼部、鼻部受累表现。 结论 此病症状复杂，形式多变，临床医师应提高警惕，以免漏诊，误诊。

    Abstract:Objective To summary the clinical manifestations of Angiostrongyliasis. Methods The relevant literatures in China were reviewed. Results The clinical manifestations of Angiostrongyliasis included.(1)Nervous system manifestations:eosinphilic meningitis，eosinphilic meningoencephalitis，eosinophilic meningo-encephalomyelitis，eosinophilic meningeroradiculitis，and Guillain-Barre's syndrome etc.(2)Non-Nervous system manifestations，such as pulmonary，ophthalmic and rhinal symptoms. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of Angiostrongyliasis are complicated，and always are neglected by clinicians.Thus much attention be paid so as to prevent misdiagnosis of the disease. ......
