摘要:目的 研究西洋参含片的安全性与毒性。 方法 采用不同剂量的西洋参含片进行小鼠急性经口毒性试验、致突变试验和大鼠30d喂养试验，研究不同剂量实验组与对照组间的差异。 结果 西洋参含片用最大耐受量达20000mg/kgBW时，对小鼠无毒性作用;Ames试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验的结果均为阴性;短期毒性试验的动物体重、进食量、食物利用率与阴性对照组比较，差异均无显著性(P>0.05);各剂量组血常规、生化检测指标与阴性对照组比较，差异均无显著性(P>0.05);病理组织学检查结果表明，各实验组大鼠肝、肾、胃肠、脾和睾丸等组织均未见有病理改变。 结论 西洋参含片对大鼠短期毒性试验及小鼠毒性试验均未发现不安全性和毒性作用。
