残杀威选育淡色库蚊抗药性研究

摘要:目的 实验选育抗性品系的蚊虫,探讨抗药性的发生发展规律,为抗性媒蚊的防制研究提供依据。 方法 在实验室条件下,用残杀威以LC 50 的剂量处理IV龄幼虫,选育残杀威抗性品系。按照WHO生物测定法,测定抗残杀威品系对多种杀虫剂的敏感性。 结果 选育到23代时,抗性比敏感品系增加11.12倍,之后抗性趋于稳定。通过测定发现残杀威抗性品系对其它化学杀虫剂有交互抗性。 讨论 使用杀虫剂可在短期内使蚊虫产生抗性,抗性水平增长较快,而且对作用机理相近的杀虫剂也产生交互抗性。关键词:淡色库蚊;残杀威;抗性品系;交互抗性
Development of resistance of propoxur selected Culex pipiens pallens.

Abstract:Obiective To selecte resistant colony of Cx.pipiens pallens against propoxur and to study the resistance develop-ment to provide bases for resistance management. Methods IV instar larve of Cx.pipiens pallenswere treated with propoxur at the dose of LC 50 in each generation and remaining survival larrae were fed under laboratory conditions.WHO bioassay was employed for detection of resistance of mosquitoes. Results The resistance increased11.12times after23generationa'selection.Then the resistance levet become stable with42generantions'selection.Cross-resistance was detected towards other insecticides. Conclu-sion Use of insecticides can induce the development of resistance in short time and the cross-resistance can be produced at the same time. ......
