[摘要] [目的] 研究老鹳草乙醇提取物及水提取物对小鼠胃溃疡指数的影响. [方法] 采用消炎痛及利血平制作胃溃疡动物模型，检测小鼠溃疡指数. [结果] 老鹳草乙醇提取物及水提取物均减轻消炎痛型及利血平型胃溃疡所致黏膜损伤. [结论] 老鹳草乙醇提取物及水提取物均具有较好的抗溃疡作用，其机制可能与增强胃黏膜防御能力有关.
