【摘要】 目的 本研究采用pendulum矫治器结合口外弓评估后推上磨牙的临床效果。方法 随机选择因上颌磨牙前移造成的错牙合患者20例，年龄范围10.5～11.5岁，应用pendulum矫治器结合口外弓推上磨牙向后。测量治疗前后的头颅侧位定位片，共测量5项硬组织项目，分析治疗效果。结果 pendulum矫治器结合口外弓可以有效远中移动上颌磨牙，同时引起上颌磨牙的伸长及前牙唇倾。结论 pendulum矫治器结合口外弓后推磨牙临床效果确切，可以建立Ⅰ类磨牙关系。

    A study of the clinical effect of pendulum appliance combined with cervical headgear in the distal movement of the upper molar

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the distal movement of the upper molar with the pendulum appliance and cervical headgear. Methods Twenty cases caused by the missal movement of the upper molar aged 10.5～11.5 years were included in this study. Treatment of the patients with the pendulum appliance and cervical headgear to make the upper molar distal movement. Cephalometrics analysis was performed before and after treatment.5 hard tissue measurements were included in the analysis.Results After treatment with pendulum and cervical headgear, the mean values of increased significantly; while that of decreased significantly.Upper incisors proclined and molar intrusion slightly.Conclusion Pendulum appliance with cervical headgear can effectively induce distal movement of the upper molar and the ClassⅠ relationship was obtained. ......
