摘要:目的 对ADVIA2120全自动血细胞分析仪测定网织红细胞的性能进行评价。 方法 用ADVIA2120全自动血细胞分析仪测定高、中、低值网织红细胞样本，进行重复性、携带污染率及稳定性测试，并与手工计数结果比较。取高值样本在技术指标范围内按比例稀释后测定各浓度，进行线性评价。 结果 重复性:低值指标高核酸浓度网织红细胞比率CV值较大(13.82%～17.4%)，其它各项指标的CV均<8.19%;线性r=0.9989;稳定性显示，4℃低温24h内网织红细胞百分率计数CV为3.8%;携带污染率为0.22%;与手工法百分率结果比较，相关性好(r=0.9962)，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 ADVIA2120全自动血细胞分析仪测定网织红细胞携带污染率低、重复性、稳定性、线性好，能满足临床需要，可替代手工计数，但不能区分疟原虫感染引起的干扰。
