摘要:目的 以实验研究选择痤疮洗剂的最佳稳定剂。 方法 使用不同混悬剂稳定剂对痤疮洗剂的沉降容积比测定、重新分散试验、微粒大小的测定及黏度测定等指标进行质量评定。 结果 羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)的沉降容积比和黏度最好，三氯化铝重新分散能力最好。 结论 羧甲基纤维素钠为痤疮洗剂理想的稳定剂。

    Observation on the stability of acne lotion.

    Abstract:Objective To find the optimal stable agent for acne lotion. Methods The stability of acne lotion with different stable agent was studied by quality evaluation:sedimentation rate tests、redispersibility tests、grain size tests and viscosity tests. Re-sults The sedimentation rate and viscosity of CMC-Na were the best，the redispersibility of AlCl3was the best. Conclusion CMC-Na is the suitable stable agent for acne lotion.
