[摘要]目的 探讨64层螺旋CT尿路造影(CTU)对泌尿系疾病的临床诊断价值。方法 对46例泌尿系统病变病人行CT平扫和肾实质期及排泌期扫描，将原始资料传送至工作站进行图像后处理，获得MPR、MIP、CPR和VR图像。结果 46例中，诊断为肾盂输尿管癌10例，膀胱癌2例，重复肾盂输尿管畸形6例，输尿管良性狭窄20例，肾盂输尿管结石8例。35例经手术病理证实，11例经临床证实。结论 CTU具有扫描速度快，覆盖范围广，图像清晰，多角度三维显示等特点，对泌尿系疾病的诊断具有重要价值。
