摘要:目的 探讨HLA-B27与幼年强直性脊柱炎的发病相关性。 方法 用微量淋巴细胞毒试验对2002年6月～2005年4月期间，海南省人民医院门诊和住院的126例3～16岁的疑似JAS患儿和2001年8月～2005年4月期间在该院作亲子鉴定的428例1～16岁的正常儿童的HLA-B27样本进行了比较。 结果 发现疑似JAS患儿组HLA-B27阳性为75例(59.52%)，男性阳性率为74/112(66.07%)，女性阳性率为1/14(7.14%)。对照组HLA-B27阳性为20/428(4.67%)，男性阳性率为12/262(4.58%)，女性阳性率为8/166(4.82%)。 结论 HLA-B27与AS有高度相关联性。

    Determination of HLA-B27in patients with juvenile ankylosing spondylitis.

    Abstract:Objective To discuss the correlativity of HLA-B27with juvenile ankylosing spondylitis(JAS). Methods HLA-B27were determined from126suspected JAS patients aged3～16years(112males and14females)from June2002to April2005，and428healthy children aged from1～16years were taken as control(262males and166females).The results were com-pared. Results Out of the126suspected JAS patients75(59.52%)were found positive for HLA-B27.The positive rate in the males was66.07%(74/112)and7.14%in females(1/14).The positive rate in the control group was4.67%(20/428)being4.58%(12/262)for males and4.82%(8/166)for females. Conclusion HLA-B27was highly associated with JAS. ......
