氯沙坦对原发性高血压病患者血压变异性的影响

【摘 要】 目的 观察氯沙坦对原发性高血压病(EH)患者血压变异性(BPV)的影响。方法 临床观察EH患者108例，用氯沙坦治疗5周前后分别采用无创性携带式动态血压监测仪监测动态血压(BP)及血压变异性(BPV)，同时选取健康人54例作对照组观察BP及BPV。结果 108例EH患者中94例完成试验及观察，治疗前EH组BP及BPV较对照组明显增高(P<0.01)，服用氯沙坦后EH患者的BP及BPV与用药前比较均明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 EH患者BPV增高，氯沙坦在稳定降压的同时可降低BPV。【关键词】 氯沙坦；高血压，原发性；血压变异性
The influence of losartan on the blood pressure variability in essential hypertension

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of losartan on the blood pressure variability (BPV) in essential hypertension (EH).Methods 108 patients with EH underwent 24 hour's noninvasive ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) before and after 5 weeks' treatment with Losartan. Their BPV were analyzed and compared with normal controls (n=54).Results Before the treatment,BPV in EH group was significantly higher than the BPV in controlled group (P<0.01).After the treatment,BP and BPV in EH group were significantly decreased (P<0.01 or <0.05).Conclusion BPV in EH patients was significantly higher than that of the normal persons.Losartan can effectively decrease blood pressure and BPV. ......
