摘要:目的 分析云浮市2002年的一起乙脑爆发流行情况，探讨乙脑防治措施。 方法 采用描述性流行病学调查分析、乙脑疫苗应急接种等方法。 结果 自2002年5月13日至6月25日止云浮市共发生乙脑病例54例，死亡3例。病例主要分布在罗定市(占74.07%)，男女比例为1.7:1，最小发病年龄为11个月，最大年龄13岁，以2-7岁为多见，占70.37%。免疫史不祥及空白的为48例，占88.89%。 结论 云浮市乙脑流行季节为5-6月份，应急接种乙脑灭活疫苗可达到控制的效果。

    Abstract:Obiective To analyze the prevalent status of an outbreak of encephalitis B in Yunfu City in2002and discuss the control measures. Methods Descriptive epidemiology and emergent inoculation of encephalitis B vaccine were used in this investi-gation.
