参松养心胶囊治疗心绞痛的疗效观察

【摘 要】 目的 观察参松养心胶囊治疗心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 选择心绞痛患者246例，将其随机分为2组，治疗组171例，对照组75例。2组除常规用药外，治疗组给予参松养心胶囊4粒，每日3次；对照组给予丹参注射液20 ml+低分子右旋糖酐500 ml，每日1次，静脉点滴。治疗1疗程(4周)后比较2组疗效。结果 治疗组患者治疗后血小板聚集率及纤维蛋白原含量较治疗前降低;心律失常减少;临床症状改善,差异有显著意义。治疗组总有效率为96.49%，对照组为78.60%(P<0.01)；治疗组心电图总有效率为70.76%，对照组为45.33%(P<0.01)，治疗组心绞痛总疗效为96.49%，对照组为79.33%(P<0.01)。结论 参松养心胶囊治疗心绞痛疗效确切，可降低心绞痛患者的血小板聚集率、纤维蛋白原含量及心律失常发生率，改善冠心病患者的临床症状。【关键词】 冠心病；参松养心胶囊；疗效观察
The effects of Shensongyangxin capsule in treating patients with angina pectoris

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficiency of Shensongyangxin capsule in treatment of angina pectoris.Methods 246 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into therapeutic group (n=171) and control group (n=75). The patients in therapeutic group were given Shensongyangxin capsule (4 pills,three times a day ) and the patients in control group were given Danshen injection intavenous infusion (20 ml/day) and low molecular weight dextran (500 ml).Results After 4 week's treatment,both the platelet aggregation rate and blood fibrinogen content decreased in the therapeutic group.The total effective rate in the therapeutic group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion The effects of Shensongyangxin were obvious in the treatment of angina pectoris. ......
