微创介入治疗肝肾囊肿方法的再研究 (pdf)[摘要] 目的 探讨CT导引下微创介入治疗肝肾囊肿方法的改进。方法 收集58例患者72个囊肿，直径1.0～12.8 cm，20～21 G穿刺针，长度15 cm。结果 抽出囊液的量13～800 ml。58例72个囊肿经随访，治愈率75.4%；有效率100%。结论 CT引导下肝肾囊肿治疗方法的改进治愈率和有效率明显提高。

[Abstract] Objective To observe improved methods of minimally invasive under CT guided puncture treatment for hepatic and renal cyst.Methods Fifty-eight patients(72 with cyst),the size of cysts ranged from 2.5 cm to 12.8 cm.The needles were 20 G～21 G in diameter and 15 cm in length.The amount of aspirated fluid varied from 13 ml to 800 ml.Results 72 cysts in 58 cases,were followed up for one,three months to half year.The cure rate was 87.0%;the efficacy rate was 100%.Conclusion Improvement of CT guided invasive treatment of hepatic and renal cyst,the efficacy rate and the cure rate is a valuable method and high effect. ......
