摘要:目的 观察谷氨酰胺对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的治疗效果。 方法 将50例COPD患者随机分为Glu组和对照组。将用药前后的蛋白质代谢、营养状况、免疫功能、细胞因子的资料进行分析。 结果 Glu组用药后蛋白质代谢、营养状况、免疫功能均明显好转，IL6、TNF较前明显下降。 结论 谷氨酰胺可改善COPD患者的营养及免疫等状况，从而改善预后。关键词:谷氨酰胺;慢性阻塞性肺疾病;营养不良
