[摘要] 目的 了解我院门、急诊抗生素不合理使用情况。方法 随机抽取2004年度门、急诊处方，根据临床药理学知识及文献资料，对不合理的抗生素用药处方进行分析，并加以分类统计。结果 共审核处方21336张，其中抗生素处方7468张，存在不合理用药897张，分别在溶媒使用、给药方案、药理作用、合并用药、重复用药、剂量不足以及使用不当方面存在问题。结论 我院抗生素使用基本符合抗菌原则但仍需进一步提高；处方审核将有助于促进抗生素合理使用。
