    [摘要] 目的探讨各类青光眼的临床表现与超声生物显微镜(UBM)下的特征。方法对我院2003年1月~2005年10月112例(118眼)各类青光眼的临床表现及其UBM下的特征进行探讨分析。结果 112例(118眼)青光眼中，原发性急性闭角型青光眼38例(38眼)，原发性慢性闭角型青光眼33例(33眼)，继发性青光眼28例(28眼)，先天性青光眼8例(14眼)，恶性青光眼5例(5眼)，各类青光眼都有不同的临床表现及超声生物显微镜下的特征。其中，原发性急性闭角型青光眼与原发性慢性闭角型青光眼的前房深度比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论青光眼是眼科常见病、多发病，也是我国目前主要致盲眼病之一，超声生物显微镜作为一种高频超声成像技术，为活体人眼前段解剖结构，特别是房角及房角相关的解剖结构的实时观察、测量，提供了一种新的手段，对青光眼的诊断及治疗有积极意义。

    Ultrasound biomicroscopy examination of the clinical characteristics of glaucoma

    [Abstract] Objective To study the clinical characteristics of some types of glaucoma by ultrasound biomicroscopy. Methods To analyze the clinical and images characteristics in 112 patients(118 eyes) with glaucoma by means of ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM). Results Among 112 patients(118 eyes) with glaucoma, 38 patients(38 eyes) with primary acute angleclosed glaucoma(PACG),33 patients(33 eyes) with chronic angleclosure glaucoma(CACG),28 patients( 28 eyes) with secondary glaucoma, 8 patients(14 eyes) with congenital glaucoma and 5 patients(5 eyes) with malignant glaucoma have different characteristics and different images of UBM.The depth of anterior chamber of patients with PACG was significantly narrower than of patients with CACG(P<0.05),especially. Conclusion Glaucoma is the common diseases in eyes and the main blind factor.Ultrasound biomicroscopy is newly and useful to study the mechanism and treatment of glaucoma. ......
