[摘要] 目的 观察加长AF系统治疗胸腰椎双骨折的疗效。方法 17例胸腰椎双骨折均行切开复位加长AF跨节段固定术。结果 所有病例术后椎体高度均基本恢复，神经功能恢复较好(全瘫4例除外)。结论 加长AF内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折临床疗效好。

    [Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of lengthened AF system in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.Methods 17 cases of thoracolumbar fractures were treated with open reduction and intra-segmental fixation with lengthened AF.Results In all the cases, the height of the vertebraes ultimately restored and the function of spinal nerves restored well after the operation (except 4 caeses of pamplegia).Conclusion Internal fixation with lengthened AF for thoracolumbar fractures are good.
