通信兵16PF人格特征与工作绩效关系的研究

     [摘要] 目的: 探讨通信兵的人格特征与工作绩效的关系,为通信兵岗位的心理选拔提供依据。 方法: 采用卡特尔16种人格因素量表(16PF)对160名男性通信兵进行了测试,就其量表分数与常模、工作绩效分数进行比较和分析。 结果: 通信兵在16种人格因素的12种上与常模分数具有显著差异;不同次元人格类型的通信兵在工作绩效上有显著差异;四种二元人格类型以及心理健康、专业成就和成长能力与工作绩效有显著相关;心理健康分数、创造力分数和恃强性因素分数对工作绩效有显著的预测作用。 结论: 通信兵的人格特征从总体上优于常模,不同人格类型的通信兵在工作绩效上存在差异。

    Study on the relationship between signalman's 16personality factors and performance

    Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship between signalman's personality characteristics and their performance so as to provide psychological data for the screening of signalmen.Method:160male signalmen were tested by using Cattell16Personality Factors Questionnaire(16PF),and then comparisons and analyses were made on the signalman's scores of the16PF Questionnaire,the norm and the performance scores.Results:Significant differences could be seen in the12factors of16PF between signalman's scores and the norm.For signalmen with different secondary personality types ......
