[摘要]目的 探讨经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术中常见并发症，并寻找其处理对策。方法 2003年1月～2004年10月，应用经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾及肾盂输尿管交界处(UPJ)结石156例病人，对其临床资料进行回顾性总结。结果 较大出血6例，术后发热12例，上尿路损伤3例，胸膜损伤1例，结石残留9例，结石复发5例，集合系统异物1例。结论 经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾及UPJ结石，具有易出血、结石残留复发、感染等问题，应重视这些问题并研究相应的处理对策。
