[摘要] 目的: 建立反转录聚合酶链式反应定量分析巨噬细胞炎症蛋白-2(MIP-2)mRNA的方法。 方法: 以β-肌动蛋白(β-actin)为内参照，通过优化RT-PCR条件定量MIP-2mRNA的表达。 结果: 获取了PCR线性扩增范围，确定了RT-PCR的最佳循环次数和模板量。 结论: 优化的RT-PCR方法可以用于MIP-2mRNA的分析。

    Quantitative analysis of macrophage inflammatory protein-2mRNA in lung tissue of mice by RT-PCR

    Abstract:Objective:To establish the method for quantitative analysis macrophage inflammatory protein-2mRNA in lung tis-sue of mice by RT-PCR.Method:Optimized RT-PCR was used to quantify MIP-2mRNA in accordance withβ-actin.Re-sults:The linear amplification range of PCR and the best cycle number and template of RT-PCR were obtained.Conclusion:The optimized RT-PCR method could be used to analyze MIP-2mRNA.
