     摘要:目的 制备17α,21二羟基孕甾4烯3,20二酮(RS)和β环糊精(βCD)包结物。方法 RS和βCD经超声波处理40 min,再于28 ℃,120 r/min振荡处理12 h,形成包结物。结果 βCDRS包结物的紫外吸收特征与化合物RS一致。显微观察表明βCD为斜方片状晶体,化合物RS为针状晶体,βCDRS包结物呈不定形,证实了βCDRS包结物的形成。FTIR、DSC分析进一步证实了βCDRS包结物的形成。结论 此法是制备βCDRS包结物的有效方法。

    Preparation and Characterization of βCDRS Inclution Complex

    ABSTRACT:Objective To prepare the inclusion complex of RS withβCD. Methods The inclusion complex was prepared at 28℃ with 40min ultrasonics and 12h shaking. Results The ultraviolet spectra of RS is consistent with RS inclusion complex. Microscopic examination shows that βCD is orthorhombic crystal, and compound RS is needlelike crystal and βCDRS inclusion complex is irregular that proves the formation of βCDRS inclusion complex. Using FTIR and DSC analysis could also substantiate the formation of βCDRS inclusion complex.Conclusion It is a convenient and feasible method to prepare βCDRS. ......
