【摘要】 阐述了近年来国内外暴力性伤害研究进展、流行病学特点及其危险因素，为推动和加强我国暴力性伤害研究工作提供科学依据。

    暴力性伤害(assaultive injury)是指非法故意或过失严重伤害他人健康的犯罪行为，是世界各国刑法打击的重点，也是现代社会发展中的一个突出问题。世界卫生组织报道，暴力性伤害是世界各国造成人群暂时或永久劳动能力丧失或死亡的主要原因之一，特别是在青少年创伤死亡构成比中占据首体外受精的影响[J]. 中国公共卫生 ，2002，18(4):446-447.
