福辛普利联合双氢克尿噻治疗2型糖尿病高血压的临床观察

     摘要：目的观察福辛普利联合双氢克尿噻治疗2型糖尿病高血压的治疗效果。方法 98例2型糖尿病高血压患者分为A组(福辛普利10mg +双氢克尿噻25mg，1次/d)和B组(福辛普利10mg，1次/d),治疗12周，观察用药前后血压变化情况。结果两组都有血压降低,其中A组下降的幅度明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论福辛普利联合双氢克尿噻治疗效果好。

    The Curative Effects of the Fuxinpuli Combined Hydrochlorothiazide on Type 2 Diabetes with Hypertension

    ABSTRACT:Objective To observe the curative effects of fuxinpuli combined Hydrochlorothiazide on type 2 diabetes with hypertension.Methods Nintyeight patients with type 2 diabetes with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups:group A(Fuxinpuli 10mg + Hydrochlorothiazide 25mg,qd) and group B(Fuxinpuli 10mg,qd).Results The blood pressure were both descended in 2 groups.But the effect in group A was better than group B.Conclusion The curative effecs of the Fuxinpuli combined Hydrochlorothiazide on type 2 diabetes with hypertension are goodKEY WORDS：Fuxinfuli;Hydrochlorothiazide;Diabetes;Hypertension
