摘要:目的 观察以Vero细胞大规模生产狂犬病毒时的细胞生长和病毒感染特性。 方法 以分种和混种方法，经过不同培养时间，测定Vero细胞的生长状况和胞内外病毒含量。 结果 细胞形态随接种病毒时间的长短有所变化，不同接种方法在病毒滴度也无显著性差异。培养上清夜病毒含量以第4～9d滴度最高，细胞病毒感染率在第4d达80%以上，第10d后开始下降，第15d降入低谷。 结论 以0.01～0.10MOI的加毒比例，培养第4～9d收获效果最佳。

    Abstract:Objective To explore the growth and virus infection characteristics of Vero cell producing rabies virus in great quan-tity. Methods The growth status of Vero cell and control of virus inside and outside after cultured for various durations by separate inoculation and re-inoculation.
