[摘要] 我院于2004年10月开始启用层流净化手术室，其内走廊及12个手术间全部采用层流系统进行空气净化。其原理是将一切进入手术间的空气包括新鲜空气及再循环的空气经高效过滤后，由天花板匀速流下，污染空气由回风口过滤出手术室。手术术间气压始终高于周围气压，使空气只能单向流动，保证了手术室空气的洁净度。通过两年多的运转，各项指标达到洁净手术室的要求，降低了手术切口感染率。

    [Abstract] Our hospital adopted the laminar flow cleaning operating room in the October 2004.The inner aisles and the 12 operating rooms were decontaminated by laminar system.The principle is that the fresh air and the recycled air,which entrance to the operating room,was highly filtrated and flowed evenly through ceiling.The contaminated air goes out the operating room though the way out.The pressure in the operating room is always higher than the around so the air can only be flowed one way and assured the cleaning degree.After two years running,all guidelines reached the requirement and decreased the infection after operating.
