脑外科患者术后的D二聚体检测分析

     【摘要】目的：通过对脑外科患者术后进行D二聚体的检测,探讨D二聚体在脑外科疾病术后血栓栓塞中的价值。方法：对2003~2005年本院收治的107例脑外科术后患者的D二聚体结果的回顾,并以50例健康对照,对其进行统计学处理。结果: 高中低值结果均与正常人群有显著性差异。结论：D二聚体阳性对脑外科术后并发血栓性疾病具有临床价值。建议对手术病人进行全程D二聚体监测，D二聚体检测应纳入常规检查手段。

    Analysis on Ddimer Assay for the Patients after Cerebral Surgery Operation

    【ABSTRACT】 Objective: To investigate the value of Ddimer assay for predicting thrombebolia in the patients after cerebral surgery operation. Methods: 107 blood samples of the patients after cerebral surgery operation were obtained for testing Ddimer assay.Then analyzed assay results statistically and also Ddimer assay of 50 health adults. Results: all results of the patients expressed significant difference with that of the health adults. Conclusion: Ddimer assay is of high value for predicting occurrence of thrombebolia in cerebral surgery patients; it is very useful to test Ddimer for patients through the whole treating process,the test of Ddimer should be a routine examination. ......
