应用十六层螺旋CT测定冠状动脉钙化积分的可靠性研究

摘要:目的 研究十六层螺旋CT测定冠状动脉钙化积分的可靠性。 方法 54名观察对象皆连续进行两次十六层螺旋CT扫描,每次扫描结果分别独立由两名放射科医生测定其冠状动脉钙化积分。 结果 两次扫描结果间存在高度一致性;Pearson相关系数为0.998(医生1)和0.997(医生2),Spearman相关系数为0.995(医生1)和0.996(医生2);经统计学检验,相关系数均具有显著意义(P<0.001);而且两次扫描结果间差值的绝对值均集中在50以内,占90.7%(医生1)和85.2%(医生2)。两位放射科医生阅片结果间也存在高度一致性;Pearson相关系数为0.999(扫描1)和0.998(扫描2),Spearman相关系数为0.997(扫描1)和0.998(扫描2);经统计学检验,相关系数也均具有显著意义(P<0.001),并且他们阅片结果间差值的绝对值也集中在50以内,分别占77.8%(扫描1)和92.6%(扫描2)。 结论 尽管十六层螺旋CT在测量冠状动脉钙化积分高的观察对象时有较高的变异性,但在十六层螺旋CT测定冠状动脉钙化积分还是可以重复的。因此,没有必要在相同位置对患者进行两次扫描。关键词:十六层螺旋CT;冠状动脉钙化积分;可靠性
Study on the reliability on the determination of coronary artery calcification score with sixteen-layer spiral computed tomography.

Abstract:Objective To explore the reliability of16-layer spiral computed tomography in determination of coronary artery cal-cium scores. Methods Fifty-four subjects were scanned two times with16-layer spiral computed tomography and the coronary artery calcium scores were determined after independently noted down by X-ray doctors after each scanning. Results There high consistency was observed in the results obtained between two scans.The Pearson correlation coefficients were0.998(for the first doc-tor)and0.997(for the second one).The Spearman correlation coefficients were0.995(for the first doctor)and0.996(for the sec-ond one) ......
