【摘 要】 目的 探讨重型颅脑损伤后高钠血症病因和发病机制及对患者的预后影响。 方法 对重型颅脑损伤后发生高钠血症43例患者救治的资料进行回顾性分析。 结果 43例高钠血症患者死亡31例，死亡率为72.09%。 结论 GCS评分越低，发生高钠血症程度就越严重，血钠值越高，死亡率越高。
