摘要:目的 研究畜禽肉及内脏类样品中己烯雌酚的高效液相色谱测定方法。 方法 用甲醇二次提取畜禽肉及内脏中己烯雌酚，以Agilent SB-C 18 色谱柱分离，二极管阵列检测器(DAD)高效液相色谱法测定含量。 结果 按常规取样5g时方法最小检出浓度0.24mg/kg;加标回收率分别为98.7%～104.3%和99.6%～101.7%;精密度RSD<5%;范围0.06～1.20μg/ml，r=0.9996。 结论 用HPLC法测定己烯雌酚简便快捷，有较好的精密度和准确度，较适用于畜禽肉及内脏中己烯雌酚的测定。

    Experimental study on the detection of diethylstilbestrol with high performance liquid phase chromatography.

    Abstract:Objective To explore the methods of determination of diethylstilbestrol in meat and viscera of domesticated poultry and animals by high performance liquid phase chromatography(HPLPC). Methods Diethylstilbestrol was extracted by using methanol and separated with Agilent SB-C 18 column and the content was determined by diode array detector(DAD). Results The minimum detection concentration was0.24mg/kg if the quantity of sample was5g.The recovery rate of added sample was98.7%～104.3%and99.6%～101.7%.The RSD was<5%.There showed a good linear relationship in the range of0.06～1.20μml(r=0.9996).
