摘要:目的 了解社区糖尿病患者对医嘱的执行情况和发现不遵照医嘱的原因。 方法 用自行设计的问卷，对顺德新桂区内已确诊的619例糖尿病患者，进行问卷调查。结果 社区糖尿病患者对糖尿病知识知晓率低，对非药物治疗措施重视不够，按医嘱服药率和血糖控制率均很低，男女患者各占21.32%和11.95%，差异有显著性(P<0. 01)。不能坚持治疗的患者中，担心药物副作用者占80%以上，70%以上认为不需要长期治疗和不愿意长期服药。有46.82%的不坚持治疗的病人是因为医疗费用高，女性比男性更为明显(P<0.01)。 结论 影响糖尿病遵医行为的因素是多种多样，应针对患者的具体情况采取个性化干预，以帮助患者提高医嘱遵照率。
