摘要:目的 了解深圳市部分酒店的空调系统微生物污染情况，以便对空调系统采取消毒和卫生管理措施，保障空调环境卫生。 方法 采用对酒店各部不同类型空调进行抽样调查，检测空调系统过滤网、冷却水、空气中的细菌总数、霉菌总数以及军团菌、溶血性链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、芽孢杆菌等项目。 结果 中央空调冷却水军团菌污染严重，阳性率为65.66%。不同类型空调系统集尘过滤网的细菌总数、霉菌总数超标率达33.8%，金黄色葡萄球菌，溶血性链球菌未检出阳性，而芽胞杆菌检出率较高为70.87%;在空气积尘中细菌、霉菌总数超标率较低，金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、芽胞杆菌检出率较低。 结论 部分酒店空调系统污染较为严重，必须引起注意，加强卫生消毒措施及管理。
