[摘要]目的 观察口服西沙必利对化疗所致便秘、腹胀的预防作用。方法 采用随机自身对照的方法，使病人在不同的化疗周期口服或不口服西沙必利，观察用药与不用药者便秘、腹胀发生率及持续时间，分析西沙必利对化疗所致便秘、腹胀的预防作用。结果 口服西沙必利组便秘、腹胀的发生率及平均持续天数与对照组比较，差异有显著性( χ2 =4.525、4.859，t=9.112、5.346，P <0.05)。结论 西沙必利能有效预防化疗所致的便秘、腹胀。

    CISAPRIDE IN THE PROPHYLAXIS OF CONSTIPATION AND ABDOMINAL DISTENTION CAUSED BY CHEMOTHERAPY

    [ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo observe the prophylactic effect of oral administration of Cisapride on constipation and abdominal distension caused by chemotherapy. MethodsUsing randomized own control， the patients were asked to orally take or not to take Cisapride during their different cycles of chemotherapy. The incidence and lasting time of constipation and abdominal disten-sion in patients taking and not taking Cisapride were recorded and analyzed. ResultsThe incidence of constipation and abdominal distension and the lasting time were lower and shorter in patients taking Cisapride than those who did not ( P <0.05). Conclusion Taking Cisapride by mouth can effectively prevent chemotherapy-induced constipation and abdominal distension. ......
