[摘要]目的 探讨增设七年制临床医学专业的优势及培养模式。方法 分析我校医学教育的办学经验和优势，明确培养目标，设想构建七年制临床医学专业人才培养模式的措施。结果 我校的医学教育在办学历史、学科特色、临床教学、以及为区域性经济建设和人民健康事业服务等方面均有较大的优势;基础性培养应在七年内连续进行，并注重知识、能力、素质协调发展和临床基本技能训练;创新课程内容和课程体系，创新教学方法和教学手段是实践培养模式的基本措施。结论 七年一贯、本硕融通、整体优化、面向临床是七年制临床医学教育的基本培养模式。
