摘要：目的 阐述缓释、控释注射剂的研究进展。方法 查阅17篇文献并对其进行归纳、比较和分析。结果 综述缓释、控释注射剂常用载体、制剂类型及制备方法等，并给出具体实例。结论 缓释、控释注射剂减少用药次数，增强了药物的安全性和有效性，具有广泛的发展空间。

Abstruat: Objective To discuss the development of sustained-released and controlled-released injection. Methods Analyzed ,induced and reviewed some books and literatures that are released to this field. Results The main kinds of adjuvant ,methods of preparation and pharmaceutical applications, are reviewed. Conclusions Sustained-released and controlled-released injections are highlighted as potential drug delivery system.
