摘要: 目的 采用流化床包衣法制备缓释药物树脂微囊,并考察其释放特性。方法 采用底喷式空气悬浮包衣法,以药物树脂复合物为囊心, SureleaseÒ 水分散体为包衣材料, 通过对药物释放特性的考察,确定优化的最终包衣工艺及用量。结果 在流化风量 35 m3·h-1, 恒流泵流速 3 mL·min-1, 包衣温度60 ℃的工艺条件下,包衣增质量为10 %、滑石粉用量为8 %时,药物树脂微囊有很好的缓释特征。结论 流化床包衣法制备微囊,工艺稳定、可连续操作。

Preparation of microcapsules of propranolol hydrochloride-resinates by air-suspention coating process

Abstract: Objective To prepare microcapsules of propranolol hydrochloride-resinates by air-suspention coationg process and study its drug release . Methods With SureleaseÒ aqueous dispersions as coating material and the drug-resinates as capsule cores, the microcapsules of PNH-resinates were prepared. Through investigation of the drug release, the final formulation and procedure were defined. Results When air flow rate was 35 m3·h-1, spray rate was 3 mL·min-1, inlet temprature was 60℃ and the weight of coating was 10% and the dosage of talc powder was 8%, microcapsules of propranolol hydrochloride-resinates was able to maintain a sustained release in vitro. Conclusion The air-suspention coating process is simple and reliable.
