家长参与下脑性瘫痪儿童康复训练的个案研究

     [摘要] 对1例痉挛型小儿脑性瘫痪(CP)的患儿，在家长参与下进行了康复训练。在对该患儿的运动功能、日常生活\活动能力(ADL)、语言交往能力等各方面进行评估的基础上，为其制定了个性化的康复训练计划，强调家长参与(在家中坚持治疗)，进行了运动能力、生活自理能力、语言交往能力方面的训练。通过12个月的训练，患儿在各方面有了不同程度的提高和改善。

    Abstract: A children with spastic cerebral palsy received rehabilitation training in participation of parents. Based on the assessment of his motor function ，activities of daily life abilities and speech, an individualized rehabilitation plan was made for he, including motor ability , selfcare skill and speech, and intervention parents was emphasized(insisted in treating at home).After 12 month training, he has improved in activities of daily living area to different level. ......
