     [摘要] 目的：探讨各类宫外孕的声像图特征。方法：对过去15年来B超诊断为宫外孕已手术证实的231例作回顾性分析。结果：间质部妊娠3例，附件妊囊型22例，附件包块186例，宫外活胎2例，黄体破裂17例。结论：宫外孕的部位、时期与其临床表现及声像图特征相对应。异位妊娠诊断符合率取决于医生的认识水平。

    Analyse Ultrasonography of 231 Cases on Ectopic Pregnancy

    Abstract： Objective To study the characteristics of ultrasonography in kinds of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Analyse the ultrasonography of 231 cases on ectopic pregnancy that had been diagnosed by BMode ultrasound and that had been operated in the past 15 years.Results 3 cases of rupture of pregnancy in cornuauteri；4 cases of ectopic pregnancy having gestational ring in appendices；186 cases having lumped in appendices；2 cases of ectopic pregnancy still be living in the ultrasonic examination；17 cases of rupture of corpus luteum.Conclusion It is corresponding that the position and time of the ectoic pregnancy between its clinical symptoms and the characteristics of ultrasonography.There is relation between the corresponding ratio of ectopic pregnancy that had been diagnosed with recognition level of the doctor. ......
