     [摘要] 目的：评价肌氨酸氧化酶法(简称酶法)检测血清中肌酐含量的准确度、特异性和精确度。方法：在设制好参数的前提下，取样本，于日立7170全自动生化分析仪上，进行重复、回收、干扰等一系列试验，同时用苦味酸法(Jaffe法)进行相同实验，对比其结果。结果：酶法测定肌酐的批内变异系数(CV)为0.67%，批间CV为0.83%，线性范围0 μmol/L～8 840 μmol/L，胆红素(≥165.5 μmol/L)和溶血(Hb<1 g/L )干扰接近零，回收率为101.7%。准确度、精确度和特异性均较Jaffe法高。结论:酶法抗黄疸干扰力强，操作简单、准确、重复性好，可作为常规测定方法。

Rapid and sensitive assay with good precision, extended linearity much better in clinical needs.
